The solution for the appearance of # sign after several failed fingerprint captures as shown in the below screen shot is as follows. After doing the below steps there is no need to close internet explorer and reopen when # sign appears while capturing Fingerprint in IPPB Finacle.
In Internet explorer
Go to Tools-> Internet Options -> Security Tab -> Trusted Sites -> Custom Level
Under Scripting Section choose disable option for “Enable XSS filter” Option

- Click Ok and Then Click Yes. Click Ok once again.
Now you can do Finger Print captures without # Error appearing in between forcing you to do all the actions from beginning. Thank you.
