within the same Parcel category. -
A uniform tariff structure with state and zone-based pricing has
been introduced for end-to-end Parcel services. - Zone and Metro categories currently have the same tariff.
-
For future tariff variations, the priority order for calculation
will be Zone first and Metro thereafter. -
Shipments addressed to APS offices may be classified under
Other State irrespective of the booking location.

North, South, East and West, along with designated
Metro cities.

⚠️ Special Tariff Clarifications
APS Bookings
For bookings involving Army Postal Service (APS) offices,
shipments addressed to APS offices may be classified under the
Other State category irrespective of the
booking location.
Metro & Zone Priority
Zone and Metro tariffs are currently the same. If the tariffs
differ in the future, the calculation priority will be:
Zone → Metro
Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad
Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad fall within the same zone.
The remaining metro cities — Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata — fall
in different zones.
Where Chennai, Bengaluru or Hyderabad offices are not covered
under Metro master data but fall within the applicable zone,
the applicable tariff will currently be the same as the Metro
tariff because Zone and Metro tariffs are presently identical.
Delhi NCR
The municipal areas of NCR of Delhi, including all districts,
Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Gautam Buddha Nagar, are
treated as Local.
IDC / PIN Code Mapping
Where an IDC is mapped as a Metro PIN code serving non-Metro
PIN codes, or where an IDC is mapped as a non-Metro PIN code
serving a Metro PIN code, the IDC PIN code is to be treated as
Metro and all PIN codes mapped to the IDC are also treated as
Metro for better serviceability.
