Subject: Imparting local training to the LGO promotes and providing Finacle ID to them.
Reference: Letter No. P/4-1/Staff dated 21.11.2022.
With reference to the subject matter, it is informed that instructions vide letter No. W-04/2/2020-SPN-I-Part (1) dated 19.10.2020 (copy enclosed) has inter-alia been issued to all concerned authorities by Postal Directorate regarding prescribed institutional training, wherein it has been provided that newly recruited PAs/SAs shall neither be posted in sensitive posts nor be deputed to man the counters and may be posted in non-sensitive posts under supervision.
2. It has further been provided therein that in case there is inordinate delay in their institutional training and the competent authority in the Circle satisfies that such officials could be entrusted with selective responsibility, their service may be utilised accordingly after giving in-house training depending on the resources available with them.
3. In view of the above instructions, the instant matter may kindly be taken up with the concerned Circle directly.
4. This has the approval of the competent authority.
