How to Check Post Office instant Card is in Active state ?
Post Office Instant ATM Card can be issued by the Post Office where account stands using CCMM menu. Instant Card activated once the EOD done and the following conditions fulfilled.
- Special character in the Account holder name should be removed.
- Name of the account holder character not more than 21
- Minimum Balance of Rs.500/- should be maintained.
- Mobile Number and Mail ID should be updated in CIF Level.
The activated instant ATM card status showing in Finacle as attached below.
